Rugiet reviews: what's in Rugiet Ready, what it costs, and a generic option from your own doctor
Rugiet sells its own compounded ED blends, led by Rugiet Ready, on 30- or 90-day auto-refill plans, while a FutureClinic physician can prescribe FDA-approved generic sildenafil or tadalafil without a subscription.

The short answer
Rugiet Ready, Rugiet's compounded ED blend of sildenafil, tadalafil and apomorphine (not FDA-approved), costs $7.29 to $19.96 a dose in Rugiet's blog prices (verified June 2026), while 20 BBB reviews average 2.2 out of 5 (November 2026). A FutureClinic physician can prescribe an FDA-approved generic instead, with no subscription required.
Key facts
- The Viagra and Cialis labels say combining PDE5 inhibitors such as sildenafil and tadalafil wasn't studied and isn't recommended; FDA-approved apomorphine drugs are labeled only for Parkinson's disease.
- Rugiet's plans auto-refill every 30 or 90 days; Rugiet gives no refunds once medication is ordered except for damaged or incorrect orders, and you aren't charged if its doctor doesn't approve you.
- In November 2026, Cost Plus Drugs listed 30 generic tadalafil 5 mg tablets at $5.97 plus $5.25 shipping, and a FutureClinic physician visit is $40.
Is Rugiet legit?
Rugiet Health (MSB Holdings, Austin, Texas) is a legitimate telehealth company launched in 2020 that works with licensed clinicians and partner compounding pharmacies, while men seeking an FDA-approved generic can consult a FutureClinic physician (Rugiet terms, BBB, Rugiet Ready). Rugiet states "board-certified physicians" prescribe treatments, while a partner consent form includes "physicians, nurses, and equivalent licensed professionals" (Rugiet Ready, MDI consent).
What is in Rugiet Ready?
Rugiet Ready is a compounded sublingual troche that dissolves under the tongue over 5 to 10 minutes, combining sildenafil, tadalafil and apomorphine in four strengths (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, MAX; up to 110 mg sildenafil with 22 mg tadalafil) (safety sheet, strengths, blog, Innerbody). Rugiet also sells Daily Boost (tadalafil, DHEA) and Grower (tadalafil, minoxidil, biotin) (Daily Boost, Grower).
Ready is not FDA-approved. The FDA explains compounded drugs are not generics and are not reviewed for safety, effectiveness or quality. On DailyMed, sildenafil and tadalafil labels say combining PDE5 inhibitors was not studied and is not recommended, and FDA-approved apomorphine drugs are labeled only for Parkinson's disease. An FDA-approved film, Vybrique, dissolves on the tongue with sildenafil alone.
Does Rugiet Ready work?
Rugiet says onset averages 15 minutes after the medicine dissolves, from a survey of 114 Ready patients, and claims effects typically last 24 to 36 hours (Rugiet Ready). One randomized trial of 180 men taking two separate standard pills (daily tadalafil 5 mg plus sildenafil 50 mg as needed) scored better than tadalafil alone in severe ED without added side effects (Andrologia trial).
How much does Rugiet cost?
The Rugiet Ready page shows no price; Rugiet's blog prices (verified June 2026) run $7.29 to $19.96 a dose, while a landing page offers "$79/mo (6 doses)" in November 2026. Its cost blog says Ready "starts at $7.29 per dose", and its BlueChew post lists about $7.29 on the quarterly plan and $19.96 a dose for the 110 mg sildenafil tier on standard monthly billing (verified June 2026).
Plans auto-refill every 30 or 90 days, and you can opt in or out of a membership plan, covering the initial consultation, prescription medication and unlimited follow-ups answered in 24 to 48 hours (plans, cost FAQ, Rugiet Ready, follow-ups). Customers waive pharmacy choice, using Rugiet's partner pharmacies (terms). You aren't charged if you're not approved (Rugiet home), and Rugiet gives no refunds once medication is ordered except for damaged or incorrect orders and states different cancellation windows (24 to 72 hours across its help center and terms) (refunds, cancellations, terms).
What do Rugiet reviews say?
Rugiet's ratings differ by site in November 2026: Ready's page shows 4.3 from 1,208 reviews, while 20 Better Business Bureau customer reviews average 2.2 out of 5 (BBB reviews). The BBB accredited Rugiet in November 2025 with an A+ grade (excluding customer reviews) and lists 43 customer complaints (unverified customer allegations) over three years, 31 in 12 months (BBB complaints). Rugiet's blog says the most consistent complaint is cost, along with difficulty canceling subscriptions. Innerbody notes troches soften above 70 degrees Fahrenheit; Rugiet's help center says melting does not alter active ingredients.

Monthly plans assume you stay subscribed to keep getting refills, while one FutureClinic visit can cover several months of a stable prescription when your doctor judges it safe. Rugiet's "$79/mo (6 doses)" landing-page plan (November 2026) is $948 a year, or about $525 for 72 doses at the about $7.29 quarterly price in Rugiet's blog (verified June 2026). A $40 FutureClinic visit plus 90 generic sildenafil 100 mg tablets at Cost Plus Drugs ($10.07 plus $5.25 shipping, November 2026) is about $55, if your doctor decides it's right for you. Cost Plus Drugs lists 30 tablets of tadalafil 5 mg at $5.97 and sildenafil 100 mg at $6.69 (plus $5.25 shipping), GoodRx coupons run $13.70 for tadalafil 5 mg (30 tablets) to $15.37 for sildenafil 100 mg (10 tablets) (November 2026), and insurance may cover the medicine.
Who should pick Rugiet
Rugiet suits men who specifically want its compounded formula, such as Rugiet Ready (sildenafil, tadalafil and apomorphine, dissolved under the tongue), or its other blends. It also fits someone who wants the consultation, compounded medicine from Rugiet's partner pharmacies and follow-ups priced into one 30-day or 90-day bill. FutureClinic has no proprietary combination or compounded product of its own. FutureClinic sends prescriptions only to the pharmacy you choose and never sells or bundles the medicine.
Why a doctor of your own and a generic you can fill anywhere
Ask yourself: do you want a company's compounded blend with its subscription billing and partner-pharmacy rules, or did you want one-to-one access to a doctor of your own and an FDA-approved generic you can fill anywhere? If you want what Rugiet sells beyond the doctor visit, it is a strong option. If you wanted an expert physician, FutureClinic gives you that with nothing attached.
Every FutureClinic doctor is a licensed physician (MD, DO or MBBS), never a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. A specific doctor reads your whole case and answers with a Human Signature, a short video or voice note recorded live for you. No form is approved in bulk. Replies take hours, not minutes: typically the same day. Visits cost $40 for the best-fit doctor, or a chosen doctor's listed price, typically $20 to $100.
The AUA notes ED is a cardiovascular risk marker, and the NIDDK links it to diabetes, high blood pressure and low testosterone. Your physician can order morning testosterone labs and check interactions (nitrates and riociguat are contraindicated per the sildenafil and tadalafil labels). FutureClinic doctors do not prescribe controlled substances, including testosterone. Seek emergency care for an erection over 4 hours or sudden vision or hearing loss (sildenafil label).
To adjust doses or switch medicines, you message the same doctor in one chat, who can also treat other problems in their specialty. FutureClinic has over 300 doctors. You can see generalists and specialists across more than 60 specialties, and every FutureClinic doctor you see works from your one medical record. Doctors earn nothing extra for any prescription or test, and no subscription is required, though most offer an optional membership (unlimited care with that doctor, typically $25 to $100 a month, cancel any time).
