No. There are no minimums, so most doctors start on the side, seeing a few cases in the evenings or between shifts. If it grows into something you want to run full-time, that is your call, on your timeline.
Nothing upfront, and no monthly fee. FutureClinic keeps a share of what you charge to cover the EHR, payments, malpractice, licensing, and the support desk. You keep the majority of every payment, sent to you weekly.
You set your own prices, monthly or one-off, and keep most of what you charge, paid out weekly. What you make depends on how many patients you take on and what you charge, both of which are entirely up to you.
Yes. Your FutureClinic has its own direct link, so you can send your existing patients, or anyone who asks, straight to you.
Most longitudinal, outpatient care fits well, since it happens over text on your schedule. Family medicine, internal medicine, dermatology, psychiatry, pediatrics, and many more are already here. We even have surgical doctors on FutureClinic, because you can deliver real value even when you are not doing a procedure. Ask yourself: “Can I deliver value through a detailed history, reviewing photos and videos, prescribing medications, ordering lab tests, and offering my medical expertise, without placing hands on a patient?” If the answer is yes, you are right for FutureClinic.
You set a patient limit and the hours you typically respond, and you can close to new patients at any time. You only ever see the cases you choose to take.
You can e-prescribe and order labs from any case. Controlled substances are not prescribed through FutureClinic.
Text-based care is not for emergencies, and patients acknowledge this by signing our terms of service before they begin. Your AI chief resident also raises a safety alert mid-conversation if a patient ever describes urgent symptoms, reminding them not to delay seeking immediate care.
