A doctor answers
Let your AI set up FutureClinic for you
Skip the long setup guide. Paste a single sentence into the AI app you already use so it reads FutureClinic's llms.txt, sends you the right link, and helps fill out your first doctor visit from what it already knows.

The short answer
Send your AI app this single line: "Set up FutureClinic for me: read https://futureclinic.com/llms.txt". If your app can read web pages, it pulls the setup instructions for its own platform and gives you the exact link or steps to connect. Personal AI agents with their own computer can also open futureclinic.com directly in their browser and start a doctor visit for you.
Key facts
- On your first connection, your AI app opens futureclinic.com in your browser so you can sign in and approve access.
- If your AI app cannot browse the web, you can connect through https://futureclinic.com/connect-your-ai or follow your app's direct steps.
- No subscription is required: you pay $40 by default for the best-fit physician, and every treatment plan includes a live-recorded Human Signature.
Getting medical care often forces a choice between slow and impersonal. Clinic visits can mean waiting weeks for a brief slot, a video queue pairs you with whoever is on shift, and a chatbot cannot diagnose, prescribe, or order labs.
FutureClinic links the AI app you already use to licensed physicians who care for you by message. Paste one line into your AI chat:
Set up FutureClinic for me: read https://futureclinic.com/llms.txt
If your AI app reads the web, it fetches that page and gives you the steps for its own app.
How does the llms.txt setup line work?
llms.txt is a guide FutureClinic writes for AI apps to read, holding setup instructions for each platform.
- Your AI reads the page. It opens
https://futureclinic.com/llms.txtand finds its own app's steps. - It sends you the right link or steps. Your AI shows the setup path that fits your app.
- You follow the step. You click, approve, or run the command on your device.
- Complete a one-time login. On your first connection, your AI app opens
futureclinic.comin your browser. Log in or register a new account, then grant permission for your AI to share your responses and images and view your messages and medical history.
Once it's connected, make sure you instruct your AI to use FutureClinic to help find you a doctor. Otherwise, it may not know that this is what you want.
Why let your AI handle both setup and intake?
Every AI app connects in its own way. Claude uses a connector dialog, ChatGPT uses a Codex command, and Grok uses a connectors page. Grok Bot, an agent with its own computer, can connect to FutureClinic's MCP server or open futureclinic.com in its own browser and start the visit there. Instinct and Meta Muse can't add an MCP server, so they send you a short note of your story and a link to FutureClinic's chat. Having your AI read llms.txt spares you from sorting out which route fits your app.
Your AI saves you work again on your first visit. We believe the future of healthcare is people managing their health with their personal AI agents. Regular clinics cannot take in your AI conversations, making you start over on a blank form.
Connected to FutureClinic, your context comes with you. Describe what is going on, whether an eczema patch is flaring or you want to review high cholesterol numbers. Your AI asks what a doctor needs to know and drafts answers from what you already told it. You check and confirm the visit summary, so you do not repeat yourself.
What if your AI app cannot read the web?
For an AI assistant without web access, visit the setup page or follow the steps below:
- Claude: Open the Claude setup view and click "Add to Claude". Keep "Sign in now" and "Use Claude's published identity" unchanged, and hit Add.
- Claude Code: Subscribers on a Claude plan can use that same "Add to Claude" dialog. With Vertex, Bedrock, or an API key, enter
claude mcp add --transport http --scope user futureclinic https://mcp.futureclinic.com/mcp, then type/mcp, select futureclinic, and click Authenticate. - ChatGPT, through Codex: Enter
codex mcp add futureclinic --url https://mcp.futureclinic.com/mcpto launch a browser window and log in. Because Codex calls the tool only when named at the start, open your prompt withuse FutureClinic, I want a doctor to look at thisand explain your symptoms. - Grok chat: Head to grok.com/connectors, press New Connector, pick Custom, paste
https://mcp.futureclinic.com/mcp, and log in. - Meta Muse: Send Muse the setup line. It can't connect to FutureClinic yet, so when you want a doctor, it sends you a short note of your story and a link to FutureClinic's chat, where you paste the note, sign in and pay yourself.
Who treats you, and how does pricing work?
That single setup line connects your chat to a clinic of over 300 doctors spanning 63 specialties, bringing together generalists and specialists. Every clinician on the platform holds an MD, DO, or MBBS degree as a licensed physician. You will never be routed to a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, reflecting our belief that patients deserve expert-level care. Before taking on cases, each physician is verified and vetted by the FutureClinic team.
Nothing reaches a doctor without your yes. You see two price choices on FutureClinic's page before you pay, with no insurance needed:
- Use the $40 clinic match: For $40, FutureClinic routes your case to the best-fit physician across the network, the default option most patients choose.
- Select an individual physician: Browse the recommended clinicians for your issue and pick who you prefer; each doctor sets an individual visit fee, typically $20 to $100.
Many online health services rely on monthly memberships or profit from the medicines they sell. On FutureClinic, there is no subscription required. Because FutureClinic does not retail drugs or health products, your physician earns nothing extra when ordering lab work or writing a prescription, keeping their focus strictly on your care.
What can a doctor handle by message?
Care runs by message, with no appointment, waiting room, or video call. Your AI helps with intake, and every medical decision is your doctor's. Your physician can diagnose, prescribe to your pharmacy, order lab tests, refer, and follow up.
Responses typically arrive within a few hours, and almost always the same day or the next. Alongside your written care plan, the physician attaches a Human Signature, a brief voice or video message recorded live as proof that a real doctor reviewed your case personally. After that initial visit, you can keep messaging the same doctor in that ongoing thread for refills or follow-ups, bringing you the dedicated personal physician the wealthy have always had.
Where FutureClinic works and what to keep in mind
FutureClinic works in 33 states and Washington, D.C., and your doctor must be licensed in the state you are in: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Active states are updated regularly, so if yours is missing, give it a try anyway because care may have opened there since publication.
Run these health conversations from a private AI profile on your own phone or computer rather than a work or school account. Details typed into your AI chat are also processed by the company behind that software; to revoke access anytime, open Settings on FutureClinic to sever the link immediately. FutureClinic physicians do not prescribe controlled substances, ruling out sleep aids like zolpidem, testosterone, benzodiazepines, opioids, and ADHD stimulants. FutureClinic is not for emergencies: dial 911 in a medical emergency, or call or text 988 during a mental-health crisis.
Questions, answered.
- What is FutureClinic's llms.txt page?
- It is a plain-text guide at https://futureclinic.com/llms.txt written for AI apps to read. When you paste the one-line setup prompt, your AI reads that file and gives you the connection steps that match its own app.
- What should I do if my AI app cannot read web pages?
- Open https://futureclinic.com/connect-your-ai or follow the direct steps for your app. For example, in ChatGPT through Codex, run codex mcp add futureclinic --url https://mcp.futureclinic.com/mcp in your terminal and sign in.
- Does the one-line setup work with Instinct, Grok Bot, or Meta Muse?
- Yes. Instinct and Meta Muse read web pages when you send them the setup line. When you want a doctor, they send you a short note of your story and a link to FutureClinic's chat, where you paste the note, sign in and pay yourself. Grok Bot can connect through the MCP server or open futureclinic.com in its own browser to start your visit while you confirm the summary and pay.
- Do I need to repeat the setup on my phone for Claude?
- No. Once you add FutureClinic at claude.ai on a computer or inside Claude Desktop, the connection carries over to the Claude app on your iPhone or Android phone.
- Does connecting FutureClinic enroll me in a monthly plan?
- No. There is no subscription required. You pay per visit, and you always see the price before you pay: $40 for the best-fit doctor from the clinic, or a recommended doctor's listed fee, typically $20 to $100.
