Tell it what is going on
When you want a doctor, ask Muse to use FutureClinic. Tell it the whole story in your own words: what it is, where, since when, what changed and what you’ve tried. It turns that into a short note.
Paste the note into our chat
Muse sends you the note and a link to our chat. Open the link and paste the note. The chat asks what your doctor still needs to know. Then you check your answers, sign in and pay.
Open the chatHearing back from your doctor
We email you, and send a push if you have our app, when your doctor replies or asks a question. If your email is connected to Muse, it can tell you when ours arrives.
What to expect
- Muse can’t connect to FutureClinic yet, so it can’t send your visit or read your doctor’s reply for you.
- Muse sends you the link in its app or in WhatsApp, so you can do the whole visit on your phone.
- Read the note before you paste it. It should say only what you told Muse.
- Sign in, agree and pay in our chat yourself. Muse doesn’t need your FutureClinic sign-in code or your card.
