Connect FutureClinic to Claude Code
Tell your AI what is going on, in your own words. It asks what your doctor needs to know, you pay on our page, and a real doctor writes back.
How do you sign in to Claude Code?
This adds FutureClinic to your Claude account, so it works in Claude Code and in Claude’s other apps. In Claude’s dialog, leave “Sign in now” and “Use Claude’s published identity” as they are, then add it.
What happens when you sign in
The first time, your AI app opens futureclinic.com in your browser. Sign in or create your account, and agree to let the app send your answers and photos and read your chats and health record. Some apps then show an “allow access” screen from WorkOS, our sign-in provider. That’s expected; approve it if you started the setup.
Hearing back from your doctor
We email you, and send a push if you have our app, when your doctor replies or asks a question. You can also ask your AI “Did my doctor reply?”
In Claude Code, this checks every two hours:
/loop 2h check FutureClinic for my doctor's replyWhat to expect
- Claude says the details came from an external link. That’s expected: the link is ours.
- On a Team or Enterprise plan, only an Owner can add a connector. Ask yours to add FutureClinic, then connect with your own account.
- Set it up once. A second setup at the same address, such as a plugin or a local server, makes you sign in twice.
- Claude Code asks before each FutureClinic tool runs. You can let it stop asking for every tool except the one that confirms your visit summary. Keep that one asking, so nothing reaches a doctor without your yes.
- Send your visit from a normal Claude Code session. With claude -p, Claude Code can’t ask you, so it can’t send your visit.
