About

Dr. Burleson is a Board-Certified, Fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. He believes in treating patients without surgery as much as possible. He takes time to review imaging, perform a thorough exam, and explain spine problems while coming to a diagnosis and coordinating non-operative care. For those that do require surgery, Dr. Burleson specializes in patient-specific spine surgery. Dr. Burleson uses minimally invasive techniques to tailor a treatment plan to each patient. This helps patients heal faster and return to their lives sooner! He offers disc replacement surgery to some patients as an alternative to fusion which can potentially reduce the risk of future surgery. He has extensive training in both robotics and augmented reality and was the first surgeon in Tennessee to have performed 100 cases with the spine robot as well as 100 cases with augmented reality. He also performed the first patient specific multi-level fusion with custom 3-D printed implants in Tennessee.

How it worksWhat it's like to be my patient
  1. Start chatting, free

Send me a message about whatever's on your mind. My AI assistant gathers the details and sends me your case to review.

  2. Get the care you need

Once I've reviewed your case, I reply myself with a clear plan, whether that's a diagnosis, a prescription, or some labs.

  3. Keep me on hand

Many patients start with one thing to see how it feels. Some upgrade to a monthly membership to keep me on hand for unlimited care.

What is a personal doctor?

A personal doctor handles all of your needs: prescription care, everyday advice, diagnoses, even keeping you on track with your routines and treatments. You wouldn't normally see a doctor to ask whether to buy a product you saw on TikTok. You'd definitely message your personal doctor. This is healthcare as it should be: a doctor you trust, in your pocket, through your day-to-day life.

Care when you need it

Get medical help quickly, often same-day, not weeks from now.

Unlimited messaging

Text your doctor anytime about any concern. Your monthly membership covers care, no per-visit fees.

Never rushed

Thoughtful, detailed conversations that fit your life, not five-minute visits.

No surprise bills

One simple monthly price. Cancel anytime.
