About me
I am double board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, which allows me to care for patients across the full lifespan — from infants to older adults — with an emphasis on continuity, prevention, and whole-person care. I earned my bachelor's and medical degrees from Georgetown University, and completed my residency training and University of Miami Hospital & Clinics. I the pursued a Master of Science and a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (DTMH) at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine to deepen my understanding of international health. I am a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP) and a member of the American College of Physicians. I currently serve as hospitalist faculty at Mount Sinai, where I care for hospitalized patients and contribute to the training of future physicians. Alongside my clinical work, I am involved in medical consulting and content review, bringing an evidence-based, up-to-date approach to patient care. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and am glad to see patients in any of these languages. I splits my time between New York and Buenos Aires, giving me a broad, culturally attuned perspective on medicine and patient needs. Patients can expect a thoughtful, thorough approach from me — one that combines rigorous medical training with genuine attentiveness to each person's individual circumstances and goals. What I care about most is earning your trust through honesty rather than authority. I believe in shared decision-making — that you should understand the reasoning behind every test, screen, and treatment, and that the best decisions are made together. I will always give you the real picture, even when it's complicated. Outside the hospital, I travel widely, run, foster dogs, and spend time with friends and family scattered across the globe. I believe good medicine requires a sustainable life behind it — and I bring my whole, curious, well-rested self to your care.

Send me a message about whatever's on your mind. My AI assistant gathers the details and sends me your case to review.

Once I've reviewed your case, I reply myself with a clear plan, whether that's a diagnosis, a prescription, or some labs.
Keep me on hand
Many patients start with one thing to see how it feels. Some upgrade to a monthly membership to keep me on hand for unlimited care.
What is a personal doctor?
A personal doctor handles all of your care: prescriptions, everyday advice, diagnoses, even keeping you on track. You wouldn't book an appointment to ask whether that product you saw on TikTok is worth it. You'd just message your personal doctor.
A doctor you trust, in your pocket, through your day-to-day life.
Care when you need it
Get medical help quickly, often same-day, not weeks from now.
Follow-ups included
Text your doctor about your concern and follow up freely, all in one conversation.

Common questions
“What can I message you about?”
Anything you'd normally see a doctor for: symptoms, prescriptions and refills, lab results, a second opinion, or a question you're just not sure warrants a visit. If something needs to be seen in person, I'll tell you honestly and help you find the right care.
“How quickly will you reply?”
Usually the same day. My AI assistant gathers the details up front to save us both time, but it never gives medical advice. Every diagnosis, prescription, and treatment response comes directly from me.
“How will I know it's really you?”
My responses include a Human Signature: a short recorded video or audio message from me, so you know it's genuinely your doctor and not someone acting on my behalf.
“Is it a subscription? Can I cancel?”
Membership is monthly and you can cancel anytime. Not ready to commit? You can also get one-off access to talk through a single topic, with no subscription.
